We're looking for a Wholesale & Showroom Assistant F/M to join our passionate and dynamic team in our showroom in Bienne-Biel with a 21H per week permanent contract !

If you speak Germand and English, this role may be for you !

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the wholesale operations of the organization in Switzerland & Austria. The individual in this role will work closely with the Sales Director Switzerland & Austria and the wider wholesale team to ensure the smooth execution of orders and provide dedicated support to key accounts including key field accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

👉  Your challenge : 

    • Assist the sales director in processing and managing
    • Assist the wholesale team in processing and managing orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • General duties related to showroom management and administrative support.
    • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, inventory management, and logistics to facilitate order fulfillment.
    • Maintain organized records of wholesale transactions, including order details, invoices, and shipping documentation.
    • Handle and document seasonal returns and incorrect deliveries to customer
    • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for clients.
    • Communicate product updates, promotions, and relevant information to clients.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with key account and field account strategies and objectives.
    • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining contact databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of the showrooms, trade shows, exhibitions, and other events related to wholesale operations.
    • Handle any other duties assigned by the wholesale manager or senior management to support the overall goals of the department and organization.

Profil, Expérience, Formation

🎯  Your profile :

  • Good knowledge of the sports market, fashion, its players and its values.
  • Previous experience in wholesale operations, key account management, or sales support roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM software. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Fluent in English and German mandatory
  • Mobility is essential in this type of position
  • French is a plus
